I am more than happy with Gigapros. Their phone support takes forever to get through to during the day but when I get there, each and every time (15 times now, and it keeps a detailed log of this in your admin), they provide extremely detailed and accurate help. They did the backups and transfers until the old host finally made a good copy that was usable. They spent about a week just to get my sites all moved and running correct.

I can express the point that gigapros has made my life so much easier I don't really know where to begin. Suffice it to say that these guys are setting new standards in web hosting and in my opinion are the model for what every other hosting company should strive for.
Now I've had 100% uptime with them, had all (slight) issues ironed out pretty quickly over the phone with their toll-free support and/or through their online tickets, and although I have never managed a server before, it wasn't rocket science.

When I had problems with the transfer, their support team were very responsive (like, in minutes!). I've been with Gigapros for nearly 8 months after migrating from another terrible host. So far they have been excellent. I've had to contact support a few times and on all occassions my questions was answered very promptly. They give a more complete answer to technical questions then the Live help. The migration went fairly well since Gigapros staff had access to Westhost servers too. Overall fairly minimal issues with the process.

All of the engineers appear to have Linux certifications and post the level of their certification as part of the signature, and will often pass the issue to other engineers if it is beyond the scope of their role.
I have referred several friends to the service so far and all say activation has been approximately between 30 - 90 minutes.

I decided to try Gigapros hosting after seeing the high marks it received on this site. As long as they keep up the current level of service, I don't think I'll ever use another low-cost shared host ever again.
At times they are very helpful and will often do most of the work for you, but other times they fail to really rise to the occasion and fix it.
I really want to remain with them because when things are moving smoothly on their end, they are a real pleasure to work with, but lately with all the server trouble they've had due to some attacks, I'm not sure how well it will be.

About 6 months ago I started migrating my clients' sites to Gigapros and the process has been easy, with no glitches! This stable host has amazing support, either by phone (very fast,--no more than 3 minutes wait time -- compared with many other hosts that could take easily an hour on hold to get through to someone), e-mail or online chat. Their support personnel are knowledgeable and very quick to resolve any issues.
Speed and access to servers is great, feature to price ratio is hard to beat. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would rate them 4.8. Really Great job.

The only thing I don't like is the lack of virtual private server option, but honestly I don't need it. It would just be icing on the already great cake.

Uptime is good. They are not deceptive as most others whose claims are later found false. Their LIVE support is very quick and agent will get to you in a seconds. Tech support is good and resolved several issues with getting my SQL database moved over from my old host.
Pricing is a bit high for a startup site with little to no value or income. But for the quality of the service, definitely worth it.

Their service's uptime is really great, it seems more like 100% to me.
If I want, I can edit on the fly, using my iPhone to login to the FTP web-interface included by Gigapros, then edit directly in code. By bringing all of the domains together, I can easily manage them.

I host a couple of sites with Gigapros on their VPS account, and their support has been terrific. Several days ago I messed up and deleted a database, and then discovered my backup was messed up. I was looking at a long day reconstructing the database from an old backup, but quite chat with on-line support got them on the job and within two hours the database was restored and the site back up. They have been just as responsive on previous occasions when issues came up transferring domain names or reconfiguring software.

I have been using gigapros for more then 1 year now and I have never faces a single problem with them. I contacted their support department several times asking for help. But I believe that web host is good if you do not need to contact support team at all and gigapros is such kind of company!

I have been using gigapros service for 2 years and never regret a thing.

Gigapros has great, timely support. They offer support through online chat module and via support tickets / email.
The interface is clean, concise and configuring your site(s) is straightforward. There is even a good number of third party web applications (forums, CMS), all popular applications like phpBB, Wordpress, ...
FTP is no problem and the site has performed flawlessly since I set it up.
OVERALL, it is excellent, quality hosting service with quality support. Recommended!

I have been a client of Gigapros for over a year now and would like to say that I am happy for getting better then ever uptime and speed connectivity. The company states 99.9% uptime and so far I haven’t seen any - so this is a very good sign.
As for their technical support department, they are great, great, great - the best and they seem to be pretty well-experienced and knowledgeable for it.
